Received passkey with directions to open condo, but wasn't able to open. The directions on the email were to type in passcode then schlage button. This was not working, I immediately contacted Dawson and he promptly called back and was very helpful. The process was actually a little different than the email stated, type passcode then turn the key mechanism to the left, then handle would open the door. Our stay was awesome and very impress with the quick response from the host. I would only suggest that the email with passcode and instructions be updated to correct procedure to unlock the condo
